Fail2Ban використовує файл /etc/fail2ban/jail.localі шукає [ssh]розділ, ви можете змінити порт там.

fail2ban виявить спроби входу з вмістом журналу. fail2ban не використовує порти для виявлення, а лише для блокування.
Щоб заблокувати правильний порт, ви повинні сказати fail2ban, який з них правильно налаштувати iptable.
В /etc/fail2ban/jail.local:

Ще один метод - блокувати все від хазяїв-порушників. Тож iptable скидає з них усі пакети, не лише ssh.

Чудово ... це працює певною мірою. Але я щойно помітив помилку в журналі fail2ban: "2012-04-25 14: 57: 29,359 fail2ban.action.action: ERROR iptables -N fail2ban-ssh-ddos" також він не заблокує мене, якщо я не ввійду у систему ... Він заблокує мене, лише якщо я це дійсно швидко. Якщо я зачекаю, поки SSH скаже, що пароль невірний, він мене не заблокує!

Коротше кажучи: якщо ви змінили номер порту ssh, ВИ ДОБАВЛИЛИ його у jail.localфайл!

Я знаю, що це категорично не відповідає на питання, але все одно ...

Як інший спосіб вирішення проблеми, ви можете розглянути можливість збереження стандартних портів у налаштуваннях вашого сервера, а потім зробити NAT у маршрутизаторі.

Наприклад, у моїй установці я також не використовую стандартний порт для ssh ззовні, але моя конфігурація сервера є стандартною для ssh (як і для ftp, vpn тощо), я просто відкриваю нестандартні порти в маршрутизаторі і переслати їх до стандартного порту.

Цей спосіб зробити це економить мені досить багато часу під час налаштування моєї установки.
