PostgreSQL висить незалежно від того, яку команду я виконую

Назва в значній мірі підсумовує це. Я запускаю PostgreSQL 9.0.0 і запускаю базу даних, яка використовує PostGIS.

Більш детально, таблиця, з якою я маю проблеми, - це чудовисько. Назви таблиць були анонімізовані.

Я оновлюю таблиці, і перше, що мені потрібно було зробити, - це скинути нульове обмеження на schedule_idстовпчик. Однак, коли я намагався виконати заяву, сталося таке:
