Як змінити параметри cpufreq в Kubuntu

Я використовую Kubuntu, і я хотів би змінити налаштування cpufreq. Я розумію, що для цього немає аплету, і мені доведеться це робити зі сценарієм.

Тому я запускаю таку команду:

sudo cpufreq-set  -g userspace -c 0 -d 800Mhz -u 1200Mhz

і коли я набираю cpufreq-info, я отримую

що показує, що все спрацювало добре (на процесорі 0). Проблема полягає в тому, що якщо через кілька хвилин я знову запускаю cpufreq-info

тому схоже, що якийсь інший процес змінив налаштування. Хтось знає, як це виправити?

Я також спробував багато різних налаштувань, але отримую подібну поведінку.
