libtool встановлений, але не на шляху після встановлення

Я намагаюся встановити libtool. Здається, він не доступний навіть після його встановлення.

Будь-яка допомога цінується.

виправили це

sudo apt-get install libtool-bin

У своєму Ubuntu LTS я спробував

sudo apt-get install libtool

У корені вихідної папки

autoconf
autoreconf --install 

успішно зроблено
