Як дослідити випадкове скидання на порту клієнта TCP, підключеному через інтерфейс петлі до сервера

У мене є тестовий набір, який ініціалізує сервер у localhost, а потім запускає тисячі стресових тестів, які включають запуск та зупинку клієнтів, що підключаються до цього локального сервера на одній машині. Я намагаюся знайти причину RST, який клієнт відправляє на сервер.

Це послідовність подій:

  1. клієнт ініціалізує SYN
  2. Сервер відправляє назад SYN, ACK
  3. клієнт надсилає RST (замість ACK та встановлення зв'язку)

Одне спостереження - це багато разів сервери працюють близько 99 відсотків процесора, хоча він повертається до нормального стану за кілька секунд / хвилин.

Спочатку я думав, що це може бути тому, що клієнт використовує порт із раніше закритого з'єднання, який знаходиться в стані TIME_WAIT, і тому, коли сервер надсилає SYN, ACK на цьому клієнті з'єднання видає RST. Хоча я скептично ставився до того, чому клієнт повинен використовувати порт у стані TIME_WAIT, але тоді я використовую старе ядро ​​4 Fedora, і я подумав, що це не має належної реалізації TCP / IP :-).

Зараз я не вірю, що це причина, тому що всі налаштування, зроблені навколо виправлення вищезгаданої проблеми, не допомогли усунути проблему. Нижче перелічені зміни, які я спробував /etc/sysctl.conf:

Моя здогадка, що напруга, що подається на стек, має один падіння з'єднання в стороні очікування клієнта в напіввідкритому стані. Це з'єднання припиняється (це означає, що клієнтська програма повинна бачити це як a ETIMEDOUT), і коли syn / ack остаточно обробляється стеком, більше немає з’єднань, щоб відновити його, і, таким чином, він стає скинутим. Просто хочу завершити цей потік прийнятим рішенням за відсутності виправлення першопричини, яка, як я здогадуюсь, знаходиться у реалізації стека Fedora 4 TCP. Як рішення, я просто ввів негайну спробу повторного підключення у випадку, якщо збій стався через ETIMEDOUT і використовуваний протокол IPV6. Це назавжди вирішило проблему для мене та моєї команди з можливим ризиком додаткової затримки на 3 хвилини у повідомленні про помилку у будь-якій іншій проблемі з підключенням, що призводить до ETIMEDOUT. Це не справжнє / ідеальне рішення проблеми, але змушує нас рухатись далі ... тому що це впливає лише на наш автоматизований тестовий набір і не надходить до замовника. Я сподіваюся, що врешті-решт хтось, хто досить добре знає реалізацію стека Fedora 4 tcp / ip, вирішить цю таємницю назавжди.
